How do the following statements resonate with the way you see your business?
We have a lot of products that solve a lot of different problems
We do not have a recurring revenue model that accounts for more than 20% of our total revenue
Our Solutions are typically a one time purchase
I havent begun to think about the type of company that could acquire us
The thought of leaving my business for more than 2 weeks without talking to my team stresses me out
My business is so unique that it would be very difficult to exit my business
If you asked at random, very few members of my team could recite our core values by memory
It feels like most of our teams know what they should be focused on, but relatively few know the "big picture"
We have hard workers, but most are not super clear on where leadership is taking the company

Connecting our technology tools to each other is too complicated, so we keep them separate
Our Client Information is found in more than 3 software tools
Our business has less than 3 months of runway (ability to maintain current operations without an increase in revenue)
I dont feel comfortable interpreting what my P&L is telling me about my business
If you took the title off of my P&L and Balance Sheet, I couldnt tell you which was which
I hit skip when I see an advertisement from one of my competitors on Social Media
It's distracting for me to pay too much attention to how my competitors are advertising their business
Because of the unique way we deliver our product/services, I wouldn't say that we have any serious competition
Our product/service is relevant to pretty much anyone on the planet!
It's been more than 6 months since I've talked to my team about which clients we like best, and which ones we could do without
Any paying client is a good client
I love when I get feedback/ reviews from clients, but we rarely do anything about it
We get along great with our clients, but we don't have a formal way for them to get issues resolved
I don't have a clear report that shows me how frequently our existing clients purchase additional products/services from us
Delivery and execution of our product/ services could probably use an overhaul
Outside of the founder, we do not have anyone on our team actively exploring new ways to build or deliver our primary products or service to our clients
In the past 3 years, we have not had anyone outside our company review our products/ services and the way we fulfill them to our clients
We struggle to attract the attention of our favorite types of clients
We are using less than 3 sources of lead generation
It feels like we are saying something different about our company each time we have an opportunity to broadcast about our product/services
We struggle to align our Sales, Marketing and Product Teams
We have yet to find a CRM that helps us manage our sales process the way we like
Our Sales process is not aligned with the way we message to potential clients
